INFRA S.A., with its registered office in Wysogotowo n. Poznań, was established in 2000 following the merger of the capital, technological and logistic expertise of PFEIFFER GmbH and the experience and technical expertise of its Polish partners – Tomasz Latawiec and Lech Kowal.
Today INFRA S.A. is a model company with considerable experience and knowledge of the Polish market, capable of competing with the largest companies in Western Europe. It is the unquestionable leader of the trenchless technology sector, setting quality and technological standards.
The company’s ownership structure has changed several times. In May 2005 PBG S.A. based in Wysogotowo n. Poznań bought a majority shareholding from Tomasz Latawiec. This marked a rapid development of the company. The strategic and strong partner increased the share capital of INFRA SA up to PLN 5,000,000.00 and financed investment, which helped the Company to carry out 150 million zloty worth projects annually!
INFRA S.A. is a supporting member of the Polish Foundation for Trenchless Technology and the Polish Association for Trenchless Technologies. Cooperation with these two organizations and its own operations help build the awareness of trenchless technologies in the society, which substantially impact on the quality of life and contribute to the protection of the natural environment.
